Wir entwickeln und realisieren Projekte im Gigawatt-Maßstab im Bereich Onshore-Windenergie, Freiflächen-PV sowie Floating-PV. Von uns projektierte Anlagen sind ein zentraler Baustein den Strukturwandel. Damit gestalten wir aktiv die Transformation der Tagebauregionen zu CO2-neutralen Energie- und Wirtschaftsregionen mit und schaffen neue Perspektiven. Your tasks
- Corporate
- Corporate Controlling regarding budget planning and meeting corporate goals
- Cash management and corporate liquidity forecast
- Coordination with accounting and tax service providers as well as to monitor invoicing procedures
- Provide relevant support to the Managing Directors in business planning and strategy
- Contractual negotiation of service and cooperation agreements
- Coordination of NDA, DD, NBO and BO workstreams within M&A activities
- Project
- Project Controlling of planned budget and actual internal and external development costs and activities
- Support project teams in all stages of the development meeting milestone requirements
- Assessing of projects under development
- Developing of project management tools
- Supporting customer´s financial modelling, financing arrangements and PPA approaches
Your Profile
- Exceptional degree from a university or business school in business or financial field combined with sound knowledge in the area of finance and strategy
- At least 3 years of experience from the renewable energy industry, in a commercial role with well-founded experience within project management and (or), business modelling
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with sound and rational judgement
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, can-do attitude, deep sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure
- Microsoft Excel VBA coding appreciated
- SAP reporting knowledge appreciated
