Collection and processing of personal data

When using our website, we only collect personal data if it is technically necessary or necessary for the use of the online services offered here.

With our online service “Contact” you decide yourself which data you provide. We use this data to process your order or to provide you with access to special information/offers.

Your consent to the processing and use of voluntary information can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

Collection and processing of personal data

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and adhere to the prevailing legal provisions on data protection and data security. For this reason, we do not collect any personal data via our websites without your consent. When registering for the newsletter, to contact, as a visitor or for sponsoring enquiries, you yourself decide whether or not you wish to use this service and provide us with the necessary personal data. We use them to respond to your inquiry, process your order or provide you with access to special information/offers. When you visit our website, we store accessing data. In this case, we only collect information that is used for statistical purposes, whereby you as a visitor remain anonymous. Right to information and corrective action

In general, everyone has the right to request the extent to which personal data associated with him/her are processed by us. If such personal data are stored and processed at EP New Enegies, the data subjects will receive information on request about the type of personal data, where they come from, for which purposes the data are processed and to which external service providers or websites the data are disclosed. The request for information regarding the processing of personal data must be submitted in writing to EP New Energies GmbH, Dominique Guillou, Köpenicker Straße 54, 10179 Berlin and signed by the person who wishes to be informed with regard to his/her own data. We will send the reply to the registered address.


We only store your personal data for as long as it is required to fulfil the purpose defined in advance. You have the right to have your data deleted immediately at any time. Should your request conflict with legal deletion periods or make it impossible to fulfil the purpose, we will inform you immediately.
